
Robotics & AI Portfolio (Facilities Management)

Circa $10k pcm (pro rata) plus bonus scheme / business tools / expenses
At the forefront of technological innovation, our client is part of a global organisation which delivers robotics and AI solutions for applications across a range of industry sectors.
They are now seeking a high-energy Sales Consultant to join the existing dynamic team, driving sales growth in Robotics and AI with a strong focus in the facilities management sector. The new team member will work closely with the senior sales team to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships and deliver value through their robotics and AI solutions; typically ranging from $20k to $100k per solution.
Specifically you will:
- Hunt, Identify and qualify leads in target industries like hospitality, education, retail and healthcare.
- Partner with senior consultants to prepare and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-up strategies.
- Execute Proof of Concepts (PoC) and demos to showcase value of technology to clients.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
- Understand client needs and challenges and recommend tailored solutions from the existing robotics and AI portfolio.
About you
You have 3+ years in a technical role (e.g., solutions engineering, technical support, or implementation) with an interest in transitioning to sales or account management.
OR a similar tenure in a client facing role (e.g head hunting, SAAS sales, Consulting) with an interest in robotics. In addition, you are/have:
- Results-driven with a strong passion for technology, innovation, and sales.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces challenges.
- Professional and presentable, with the ability to conduct client meetings and demonstrations confidently.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to complex robotics and AI products.
- Ability to work under pressure and ambiguity.
- A driving licence and your own transport.
- Your own ABN.
- Working rights for Australia.
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills.
