The role

This is a hands-on Site Manager role — post-sales, on the ground, and accountable for making projects land well. You'll work alongside the Project Manager to establish site presence, manage installation and commissioning and supervise contractors and subcontractors through to handover.

Projects typically run between one and six months, mainly across Melbourne, Sydney. At any given time you'll be running one to two active projects while contributing to planning and documentation for what's coming next.

The role sits within a team of five Project Managers and one other Site Manager, reporting into the Project Director with a dotted line to the Project Manager.

About you

You're an experienced site manager with a track record of delivering complex projects in industrial or automated environments. You're equally comfortable on the tools and in a client meeting, and you take safety seriously without it slowing you down.

You have / are:

- At least 5 years in a comparable site management or project delivery role within Australian industry

- Background in manufacturing, packaging, F&B, warehouse automation, or related materials handling or supply chain environments

- Mechanical or electrical aptitude and/or a trade background in same

- Confident presenting to and liaising with stakeholders at all levels

- Highly organised, process-driven, and commercially aware

- A strong communicator who enjoys collaboration and thrives in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment

- Australian working rights required.

- Driving licence / own transport
