To support a rapidly expanding project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to take the reins of projects during their next phase of growth.

The Role: End-to-End Ownership
Reporting directly to the Director of Projects, you will join an established PM department while maintaining significant autonomy. This is not a "cog in the machine" role; you will take full ownership of concurrent, integrated industrial automation projects from inception to handover. You will:
- Establish robust budgets, timelines, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Procurement, and -Manufacturing to ensure seamless delivery.
- Implement project-specific execution plans, managing milestones, risks, and issue tracking.
- Drive invoicing, manage project budgets, and oversee change orders/variations.
- Deliver regular status reports to internal stakeholders and external clients, maintaining high visibility on progress.
- Oversee on-site works and resolve resource constraints as they arise.
- Assist the sales team by coordinating requirements for future project bids.
About You
You are a specialist in the delivery of complex, integrated automation solutions—whether your background is in Warehouse Automation, Food & Beverage, Materials Handling, BHS or other converyored systems. You thrive in technical environments and possess the commercial acumen to manage multi-stream projects under pressure. You have/are:
- A proven track record in industrial automation or supply chain applications.
- Strong contract management skills and experience with project variations.
- Ability to build "trusted advisor" relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, optimistic, and highly organized with an eye for detail.
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and the wider Office 365 suite.
- Valid Driver’s Licence and the Right to Work in Australia.
